More Recession busting appointments for Brandauer
As part of its recession busting strategy, precision pressings specialist Brandauer has made another senior appointment to support its drive to beat the recession and be at the forefront of technical innovation in specialist components manufacture.
Mike Branigan has joined Brandauer as the Operations and Technical Manager after a successful career at B Hepworth where he spent several years as Operations Director.
His manufacturing and technical background stand him in good stead for developing his new role. Branigan will head up the company’s Production and Technical Departments.
The role will bring significant challenges as Brandauer forges ahead with maintaining profitability and a programme of continuous improvement in the current recessionary environment.
Brandauer has good lean manufacturing processes already in place which provide the framework to make step changes in areas such as Tooling Innovation and Preventative Maintenance. Branigan will look to drive efficiencies in Operations and build on the sound base Brandauer has relied on to beat the recessionary trend of many of it’s competitors.
