Brandauer’s modern 45,000 sq ft (4,200 sq m) factory provides a world-class manufacturing facility in the heart of the UK.

Thanks to our ongoing investment strategy, we have the equipment and associated technology required to deliver cutting-edge component manufacture.

Our in-house tooling facility is one of the largest of its kind in Europe, catering for both progression and multi-slide tooling. It is equipped with the latest wire / EDM technology and fully integrated with CAD / CAM - both Solidworks 3D and AutoCAD 2D.

Underpinning our commitment to precision and quality (with tooling tolerances down to 1 micron), are market-leading inspection systems – including the latest digital toolmakers’ microscopes and Mitutoyo automated optical co-ordinate measuring machines.

We also offer the latest production technology, with a press range from 5T to 60T. Alongside our range of Bruderer and Haulick Roos power presses we offer the latest in bespoke modular manufacturing systems for stamping, welding and insert moulding – together delivering compelling cost advantages and competitive pricing on a global basis.

And we also offer both the equipment and skills necessary to deliver advanced added-value processes such as the insertion or welding of precious metal contacts or silver wire at high speed at the point of manufacture.

These techniques save substantial costs on secondary production operations, as well as improving quality and consistency.
