JOB PURPOSE: To provide the Sales function with accurate and timely estimates for projects, tooling and production parts. There is a need to use innovation and to draw on previous experience to provide appropriate solutions to satisfy customer needs.

JOB PURPOSE: To support delivery of a world class service to the Customer by providing the team with a dedicated leadership and practical hands on resource to meet all Cell targets. Effectively manage and run multiple customer specific manufacturing lines to consistently achieve or exceed customer requirements whist providing first line ‘day-to-day’ supervisory support to ensure a comprehensive and flexible manufacturing service to the business. Ensuring world class quality performance and on time delivery of goods is maintained to agreed costs. Maintain a flexible and professional approach to the role whilst utilising personal experience, technical and manufacturing skills to continually improve the process. Undertake as necessary all tasks to provide a world class service to the Customer. It is envisaged that the Team Leader duties will equate to approximately 20% supervision/planning and 80% “hands on” practical setting and manufacturing duties.
