The Birmingham-based company has built a reputation for converting seemingly impossible concepts into miniaturised stamped solutions for use in the medical, renewables and automotive micro electronics industries.
A recent £750,000 investment in two high speed Bruderer presses has boosted its impressive manufacturing capabilities even further, which already includes 3D modelling, 3D CAD-CAM, rapid prototyping, zero ultrasonic cleansing and two micron EDM wiring machines.
Backed by a dedicated engineering project team, Brandauer can produce micro-components in titanium, aluminium, brass, stainless steel and copper alloys with gold, silver and palladium finishes.
David Spears, Managing Director, commented: “We export 80% of our components across the world and are keen to show visitors to Micro Manufacturing Live how we can offer them cost downs and unrivalled innovation in design and engineering.”
Brandauer will be on Stand A43 at MM 2011. For further information, visit Micromanu.com, contact 0121 359 2822 or go to Brandauer Micro.
