Tool Transfer

This pre-proven tool transfer service is designed to help you achieve the transfer of established press tools with the minimum of inconvenience and as little disruption to production as possible.

All tool transfers start with the preparation of a professional tool status report. After this we can repair badly maintained or worn tooling as required, or alter it to meet the required specification. We apply the same technical and engineering skill to the transfer and refurbishment of existing tooling as we do to the development of new tooling.

Expertise in the development, production and maintenance of tooling is backed with the latest technology, including wire / EDM equipment fully integrated with CAD / CAM, and market-leading inspection systems with the latest digital toolmakers’ microscopes and Mitutoyo automated optical Quick Vision co-ordinate measuring machines.

Together, this blend of skills and technologies ensures the longest possible life for your tooling, and minimises maintenance and downtime throughout the production lifetime.

Start your tool transfer by contacting Brandauer for a free 15-hour tooling inspection by calling +44 (0)121 359 2822 or by emailing sales@brandauer.co.uk.

You can also use our tool transfer enquiry form at the bottom of this page and offer detail about your tool, share drawings and claim a free 15-hour tooling inspection.
